What we value in work

The way we work is shaped by three simple things: ethical projects, respectful people, and engineering that serves the product.

Ethical products

We choose projects carefully.

We do not work on grey-zone, deceptive, or exploitative products. Everything we develop is useful, legal, and ethically straightforward.

Respectful team

Friendly cooperation matters here.

We value direct communication, friendly cooperation, and basic respect. Talent matters, but not at the cost of making the team miserable.

Engineering mindset

Good engineering is about impact.

We choose technologies and solutions because they fit the problem - not because they are trendy, impressive, or blindly preferred.

What makes someone a good fit here

It is not about having one specific work style.

Some people want variety, new domains, and new technologies. Others prefer stability, focus, and one familiar stack. Both can work here, as long as they help the team, the client, and the product move forward.
